- I am a wife and mother of two young children that love their veggies, playing outside and going to the country while ALWAYS reading - lol. I am a social entrepreneur, inventor, writer and founder of a non-profit. Somehow I am still supposed to be a stay-at-home mom!
- What does sangha or community mean to you?
- It means sharing and creating a space in your life, heart and mind for perspective from others expanding our understanding of life and others which gives us a greater appreciation for all.
- Do you practice green living? If yes, how?
- Yes, we recycle, use as little energy and water as possible, compost, buy local and organic, repurpose and share as much information as possible with folks about how to live a more balanced lifestyle.
- Do you meditate ? If yes what is your practice?
- Yes - Qi Gong, lotus meditation and deep breathing.
- What are your favorite eco-friendly products, places to hang out or shop in, and/or web sites?
- Our home, the park, farmer's market, whole foods.
