What does sangha or community mean to you?
Living a good life within and among people.
Do you practice green living? If yes, how?
Yes, for many years. I gave up eating red meat 12 years ago. I've changed my diet first and then a healthier world opened up for me and my family. Inviting passion for all things living, compansion and freedom. I'm careful of the food that I eat and the beauty products that I buy. I read labels. I don't impose my eating practies on people but I would like to share new information that I have learned.
Do you meditate ? If yes what is your practice?
sometimes, I need to work on this more because my mind wonders. I will begin to practice meditation at work b/c I work in a loud office and there is no focus there.
What are your favorite eco-friendly products, places to hang out or shop in, and/or web sites?
favorite products are Aveda, shampoo and Black Malva conditioner. Love to buy my grocery at Mother's in Costa Mesa, CA. There I can get all organic grocery and beauty products. It's pricey but I'm worth it.
