- What does sangha or community mean to you?
- It means a lot to me. A community is key for communication. It makes no sense to better yourself if you cannot share what you have learned (communication) to your community. No man is an island.
- Do you practice green living? If yes, how?
- As much as I can. I do my level best to recycle and use only organic/all natural products.
- Do you meditate ? If yes what is your practice?
- Yes. I do best with a walking meditation. I also like the So Ham meditation as well.
- What are your favorite eco-friendly products, places to hang out or shop in, and/or web sites?
- Ecover, Integral Yoga Natural Foods/Apothecary, and my web site. ;)

Many athletic centers are doing Yoga marketing. There seems to be a renewed interest in this sort of therapy. I wonder if it might be of benefit for Medical insurance plans to begin to cover this sort of thing. Perhaps they would find benefit from...
